Skybar & Kitchen

This new rooftop bar is everything 21st century socialising should be. Endlessly instragrammable, and serving local, seasonal produce when possible, Skybar & Kitchen is young and fresh. It’s a stunner. Whether you are perched at the bar or taking in the sky high view from the verandah, there is a lovely selection of tapas to share including pork ribs, salmon croquettes and grilled prawns. The dining menu is contemporary Australian with Mediterranean and Asiatic influences – think Angus beef tataki with tamarind glaze and burnt daikon, seared scallops with pancetta or the bouillabaisse Marseille. Visit for an Aperol spritz in the afternoon sun or watch the night lights with a pre-dinner drink before dining at this bar in the sky. The members of the service team are friendly, young and engaged. This is a really fun place to play. You might plan on visiting for just one drink, but chances are, you’ll check in for the evening. Too good!
