Cobblestone Lane

A Bathurst beauty and one of the best in the region, Cobblestone Lane is housed in the iconic 1860s Webb & Co building and has been cooking up a storm for over ten years. A beautifully designed space, it is an easy and comfortable place to fit into, and for diners, the open kitchen affords the opportunity to watch the skilled staff at work. This is a particularly enjoyable thing to do while sipping on a glass of one of the regional drops on offer. The wine and the locally sourced produce make dining at Cobblestone Lane a fine opportunity to sample and enjoy the flavours of the Central West. Here, the food is good, honest and flavoursome, and the menu is mature and well thought out, changing seasonally. All dishes are interesting and well-crafted. Be sure to sample the amazing desserts which are a knockout. The shared dessert platter makes for a particularly gorgeous end to a sensational meal.
