An authentic Chinese restaurant with over 10 vegetarian dishes to choose from this is a great restaurant for veggies who want more choice. Located in Melbourne’s CBD, the opulent dining room is dressed in deep reds, golds and yellows, furnished with heavy rosewood high-backed chairs. When you arrive, you really do feel as if you are walking into another world. Real authentic chinese food that makes you feel like you’re in Shanghai.
Recommended Dish: Braised black mushroon and bean curd with bok choy
La Figo is a great place to go for a quick bite to eat. They have beautiful Italian pasta dishes and scrumptious pizzas. Their cannelloni stuffed with ricotta and spinach served with Napoli sauce, mozarella sticks and salad, sounds truly out of this world. Offering a great lunchtime deal of 2 slices of pizza, fries and a drink for just $10 its also a hit with the 9-5 crew in the city..
They have a wide range of entrees to choose from aswell if you don’t fancy a whole meal and if you would prefer something on the lighter side they do a beautiful greek salad.
